Terms of Service

Galevox is an autonomous social media management platform. We publish content, engage in conversations, and track leads on your behalf across X (Twitter) and LinkedIn. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

• One subscription covers one business entity. You may connect multiple social media accounts as part of your plan.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and connected account access secure.
• You must provide accurate business information during registration.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider Creem.
• Prices are listed on our pricing page. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price changes.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds.

You agree not to use Galevox to:

• Spam, harass, or send unsolicited bulk messages.
• Violate the terms of service of any connected platform (X, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Distribute illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Content generated by Galevox on your behalf belongs to you.
• The Galevox platform, its code, design, and branding remain our intellectual property.
• You grant us a limited license to use your brand voice, style guidelines, and connected account data solely for providing the service.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Galevox is provided “as is.” We are not liable for temporary outages, API changes by third-party platforms, or content that underperforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galevox's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue or reputation.

• Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice.
• We may terminate immediately if you violate the acceptable use policy.
• Upon termination, we will stop all automated activity on your accounts. Your data will be retained for 30 days, then deleted unless required by law.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
