Galevox is an autonomous social media management platform operated by Dmitrii Malakhov (sole proprietor). Our website is galevox.com. For any privacy questions, reach us at inbox@galevox.com.

• X (Twitter) handle — when you use the Growth Score tool. We fetch publicly available profile and tweet data to generate your score.
• Payment information — processed by our payment provider Creem. We never store card numbers or banking details on our servers.
• Usage data — basic analytics (page views, referrer) collected via Vercel Analytics. No cross-site tracking.

• Delivering the Growth Score report to your inbox.
• Sending the founder playbook (one-time) and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click.
• Processing your subscription payment through Creem.
• Improving the product based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.

• Resend — email delivery. Their privacy policy applies to email processing.
• Creem — payment processing. They handle all financial data under their own privacy policy.
• Vercel — hosting and analytics.
• Apify — public tweet data retrieval for Growth Score calculations.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Vercel Analytics uses privacy-friendly, cookie-less tracking. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Email addresses are retained while your subscription is active or until you unsubscribe. Growth Score data is cached for up to 30 days to avoid repeated API calls, then deleted. Payment records are retained as required by tax law.

Under GDPR and similar regulations, you have the right to:
